An Introduction to the Birds of Tropical America

    Songbirds - Vireos and Greenlets

Vireos and greenlets are small, fast-moving insect-eating birds similar to warblers. Vireos generally have a larger or thicker bill, and often a more musical song. Many species of vireos are migratory, while greenlets are not.
